Covent Garden Gem Gets A New Polish…

We completely stripped out this large office space within a Grade II Listed building in the heart of Covent Garden and gave it a high-specification refurbishment. This included an extensive reconfiguration to the large, open plan 2nd and 3rd floors to make best use of the ample natural light and existing features. We also fully refurbished the entrance hall and lift car, to create a high-specification, contemporary space.

The building was partially occupied during this period, so we had to pay particular attention to the phasing of the works, as well as extensive out-of-hours working. Rigorous Health & Safety practices were employed to ensure the safety of the building’s continuous users.
